Garlic Chicken

Chicken, lemon, garlic, chicken broth and egg noodles

Squeeze lemon over and inside whole chicken. Let marinate for 30 minutes. Salt and pepper inside and out and brown whole chicken in heavy frying plan. Place browned chicken in dutch oven.. Add 40 (yes, I said 40) garlic cloves which are unpeeled (yes, unpeeled). Add one can of chicken boullion. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Remove chicken and strain sauce. At this point you can thicken sauce for gravy. Squeeze garlic cloves onto french bread to serve with chicken. Serve chicken over egg noodles.

Surprisingly, this recipe does not taste exceedingly garlicky . It doesn't seem to give garlic breath either.
