Mississippi Poor Man's Stuffed Crab

one box of corn bread stuffing
one egg
one package of imatation crab meat.. Can't afford the real stuff...

Fix the stuffing according to the box. add one egg and the crab meat. mix well. put into greased muffin tins and bake for about 20 mins or till firm and browned. Don't worry about the crab shells In Mississippi we can't afford them .... serve with cocktail sauce.
