Gran Marnier Chocolate Ice Cream

4 cups 18 % cream or 2 cups 35% cream and 2 cups whole milk
1/3 cup cocoa
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 oz Grand Marnier

Combine cream, cocoa and sugar in heavy pot, cook until it reaches 180, stirring constantly Place pan in a pan of cool water, let stand until room temp, at least 4 hrs, stirring occasionally add grand marnier, process in ice cream feezer

makes 6 cups
