Drunk Chicken

1 large whole chicken breast, boned and skinned and sliced into thin slices
1/4 cup soya or soy sauce
3 oz American Southern Comfort whiskey

Combine in bowl for at least one hour.

2 oz sesame oil
1 green pepper
1 carrot
1 medium onion
1 large peach

In a hot skillet, pour oil, add vegetables and saute. Add chicken. Saute just till the chicken is cooked through. Add the peeled, chopped peach, and cook until they hot. Pour 2 oz more of the whiskey over. Dust with sesame seeds and salt and pepper.
