Rigatoni in Vodka Pink Sauce

1 28 oz can of crushed tomato
1 1/2 pints heavy cream
1 onion diced
1 bag of Rigatoni pasta
1 btle of Absolute Pepper Vodka
butter
Saute a onion in butter till clear add crushed tomato and heavy cream ,and vodka i pour it to the seal just below the neck of the bottle but you can pour to taste remember it will cook out so add a tad more. once all that is in pot put your water on for pasta and cook pasta sauce is done when our pasta is done that simple. You can NOT FREEZE sauce add grated cheese and fresh parsley for decoration.
