6 eggs, beaten
1/2 t. salt
1 t. soy sauce
3/4 C. diced cooked meat (pork, ham, chicken)
1 to 1-1/2 cups bean sprouts, rinsed and drained
2 T. cooking oil
Combine eggs, salt and soy sauce and beat well. Add meat and sprouts. Heat oil in fry pan. Drop 1/4 of the egg mixture into pan and fry untill browned. turn and brown on other side. Repeat with rest of mixture.
