Mars Bar Slice

4 Mars bars
125g butter (4ozs)
4 cups Rice Bubbles

Icing:
Small Packet Choc Bits (375g)
60-90g Copha

Chop mars bars and place in saucepan with butter. Mix over medium heat until mixture caramelizes. Add to rice bubbles - mix well. Place in slab tin and refrigerate until firm.

Icing: Melt Choc bits and Copha over hot water in double sauacepan. Pour over slice and refrigerate. Cut into small pieces when cool.
