Jimmy Dean Sausage
Corn Bread Dressing

1 lb Jimmy Dean Sausage (I prefer the spicy kind, but you can use whatever kind you like)
1 package shredded cheddar cheese
1 box Stove top corn bread stuffing
1 cup celery (optional)

Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown the sausage in a skillet until well done (or however you like it). Be sure to break the sausage up into little pieces. Prepare the corn bread stuffing according to directions. In a square baking dish or casserole dish, combine the sausage, stuffing, and cheese and celery and bake until the cheese is melted. This dish is perfect for Thanksgiving and other special occasions where you need Alka Seltzer afterwards! :-)
