Brenda's Chicken Salad

4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
cooked and sliced
2 hearts of romaine lettuce washed, dried and shredded
1/4-1/3 cup of a good ceasar salad dressing.
Bacon bits to taste.
freshly grated parmesan or romano cheese.
Toss lettuce, bacon bits, 1/2 the cheese in a large bowl with all the salad dressing, coating well. Place heaping amounts of salad on plates and top with sliced chicken. Sprinkle each one with the rest of the cheese. Serve with warm bread or pitas.
