dry
slice thin
lay on clean cookie sheet in very low low oven, dry....

keep in air tight container and instead of potato chips, use these, they are FABULOUS to munch on, or dip into any dip and my wee ones used to LOVE them all year long...

takes a long time to do a bunch, but worth the effort
