Zucchini Pasta

one or two tomatoes, coarsely chopped, don't worry about seeds and skin... keep them...
one or two zuchinis (cut off tips, slice into rounds and cut into quarters)
1/2 onion, chopped

In a saucepan a little bit of oil, cook the onion for a few minutes, throw the zucchinis and tomato in, stir, cover, and cook about 10 or 15 minutes until the zuchinis turns translucent....

Serve over pasta with cracked pepper....

It's unbelievable, very low calorie (you can totally skip the oil if you want, but can use a teaspoon or less also), quick and easy....
