Polish Stew

| 1 lb. Stew beef, cut into 1" pieces
1 lb. Stew pork, cut into 1" pieces 2 links kielbasa, cut into 1" pieces about 27 oz. saurkraut 1 large onion 1 can beer 1 tbls thyme 1 tsp garlic powder |
2 tbls paprika
1 large can Mushrooms 2 cans beef broth 1 large bay leaf 3/4 tsp oregano pepper to taste 2 tsp rosemary |
Brown meat. Chop onion. Combine all ingredients. Cook a couple of hours. Serve over mashed potatoes.
