Pineapple Cheese Salad

1-small package lemon jello
1 cup cold water
MIX AND SET ASIDE
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 cup sugar
MIX AND BOIL 2 MINUTES
Add pineapple mixture to jello. Set in fridge till firm; when firm, take from fridge and beat with mixer until real fluffy. Add 1 cup grated Velveeta cheese, beat. Beat 1/2 pint whipping cream (or use 1 1/2 cups cool whip). Fold into pineapple mixture. Set in fridge 1 hour.
