Sandi/Wren's Leftover Restaurant Special

1 large bowl
Assorted leftovers (all of us have in the fridge)
4 drops of green food coloring
1 Spanish onion (for the tears)

Empty all leftovers into a large bowl. Add 4 drops of food coloring. "Nuke" on HIGH setting for several minutes. When you hear your significant other drive up, quickly cut onion in half and hold near your face; take a deep breath. Open up microwave as your spouse walks through the door to see you crying! Blame the power company! Toss your mess into the trash on your way to the car, while sobbing, "I don't mind what restaurant honey, surprise me!"

This works at least once every few months!!!
