Peach Cream
from Renée's Louisiana Recipes

1 cup peach slices
1/2 cup Sprite or 7-Up
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
8 ounces lemon yogurt
cinnamon

Blend peaches, Sprite or 7-Up, and ginger until smooth. Fold in the yogurt and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve ice cold.
