Pot au Crème
from Renée's

2 eggs
1 (6 oz) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 Tablespoon sugar
pinch of salt
1 Tablespoon rum
3/4 cup hot milk

Cook all ingredients on high in microwave until melted. Chill in demitasse cups. Serve with whipped cream.
