John's Strawberries

strawberries (as many as you like)
Cointreau (as much as you like)
vanillia ice cream
cream
beaten egg white (as much as you like)
dark chocolate
brandy
butter

Halve strawberries. Put in glass oven proof dish. Cover with Cointraeu (have a drink if you like). Cover with ice cream. Cover with beaten egg white. Brown under grill quick. Make melted brandy chocolate sauce - just bung it all together (cream, dark chocolate, butter, and brandy) in double boiler, pour chocolate sauce over browned egg white add some whipped cream if you like.
