Sandi's Peasant Bread

4 c. flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt
------
1c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast

Add another 1 c. warm water to yeast water after it sits a minute. Stir in flour mixture. Let rise 1 hour. Spray iron skillet or corning casserole dish. Stir mixture with fork, pour into sprayed pan, let rise. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 45 min.
