Robin's Sausage Appetizers

2 lbs. smoked sausage or polish sausage (I've used hot dogs, also) sliced in desired size slices
1 cup grape jelly
1/2 cup yellow prepared mustard

Combine all and heat in crock pot for a couple of hours. Serve warm with Ritz crackers (or whatever crackers you choose). Hurry and grab a couple for yourself, because these won't last long!
