Davann's Artichoke Cheese Dip

1 1/2 blocks jalapeno pepper jack cheese
1/2 block cheddar cheese
1 can artichoke hearts
1 tbsp jalapeno peppers
3/4 tbsp minced garlic
This recipe is really great when done in a mini (1 qt) crock pot.
Drain liquid from the can of artichoke hearts. Throw artichoke hearts in a food processor with a tablespoon of jalapeno peppers, and about the same amount of minced garlic. Blend until smooth. Place the blocks of pepper jack and cheddar cheese into a microwavable bowl and microwave until soft/melted. Transfer the melted cheese and the artichoke blend into the mini crock pot and mix well. Allow to simmer in the crock pot a couple of hours until well heated, stirring occaisionally to mix well. Serve hot on crackers or toasted bread.
