2 Cups cooked crumbled hot turkey sausage
1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar
1 1/2 cups grated monterey jack
1 Cup ranch dressing
1 small can sliced black olives 2.25 oz)
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1 package won ton wrappers (can be found in produce section!)

Preheat oven 350F. Blot sausage dry and combine with cheeses, dressing, olives and pepper. Grease a mini-muffin tin and press 1 wrapper in each cup (I find a bottle of nail polish presses them in nicely!) Spray with cooking spray. Bake 5 minutes till golden. Place on baking sheets and fill with sausage mixture. Bake 5 minutes till bubbly. (p.s., not my original recipe, i cant take credit!!)
