Estefany's Mexican Bad Girl's Favorite

1 onion
3 garlic cloves
small bag of fideo (mexican pasta) or vermicelli
about 8 small tomatos
2 cans vegetable (or chicken) stock
1 TBSP olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Throw tomatoes in a blender; they should make about 2 cups of tomato sauce. In a saucepan, combine tomatoes and broth and heat on medium to low. While this is cooking, mince garlic and onions and fry them in a pan with olive oil until onions are a little soft. Add noodles and fry until some of them are brown. When the soup is close to boiling, add noodles and cook until soft. You may need to add water to keep it a soup. If not it's a great noodle dish.
