Cricket's Sausage and Potatoes

1 # sausage (I prefer Jimmy Dean Hot)
1 pkg. OreIda Potatoes O'Brien

Brown the sausage. Remove sausage from pan. Leave the grease. Microwave potatoes enough to thaw. Cook in sausage grease. Add the sausage back in. Can be used for a breakfast having eggs on the side with toast. Can be a main meal by adding a vegtable and salad.
