Cindy's Chicken Salad

1 seasoned chicken (Leftover fried chicken is good. I like to bake mine, but you can boil it, bone it, and cut it up in small pieces.)
onions
celery
green pepper
red (seedless) grapes
boiled eggs
1/2 to 3/4 cup sweet pickle relish
3/4 cup real mayonaise
1/2 cup sour cream
salt and pepper
1 tsp. celery seed

In a large bowl combine chicken and vegetables cut up into small bite size pieces. Add halved grapes and chopped eggs. Add mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix well. Add pickle relish. Don't add more mayonnaise until you add relish because it sometimes tends to make it a little runny. Mix in celery seed and salt and pepper to taste. Serve on a crusty toasted bread! Hearty enough for a meal, but great for lunch! Yum yum, enjoy!
