No Peek Chicken

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups instant rice (I used regular rice, and it workded fine for me)
1 chicken , cut up or use desired pieces
1 package Lipton (or other) DRY onion soup
Mix the 3 cans of soup with a little water and add to uncooked rice.
Put in a 9x13 pan
Lay chicken pieces over the rice and soup mixture. Sprinkle dry onion soup on top.
SEAL VERY TIGHTLY with foil and bake in 325 degree oven for 2 hours. DO NOT PEEK!!! The steam is needed for the baking!
With this, you can add just about anything like some frozen peas, mushrooms, etc. It's the type of recipe you really can fool around with!! Enjoy!!!
