Lyn's Shrimp Pasta

1 - 2 lbs large to extra large shrimp
1 stick butter (NOT margarine.)
1 cup chicken broth
10 (yes10) cloves garlic minced or chopped depending on your energy level
1 lb angel hair pasta
2 Tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1/2 cup cold water (LAST)
Boil pasta.
When almost done, melt butter. Add garlic. Saute. Add chicken broth. Bring to boil. Add shrimp. Cook about 3 minutes each side. When shrimp turns pink you can add cornstarch mixture to thicken. Serve with pasta, a nice salad and some GREAT French Bread!!! EXCELLENT.
