Milky Spinach Soup

300g spinach
200ml milk
400ml chicken soup
2tbp butter and
2tbp flour

1. Melt the butter in a pot over a low heat, stir in the flour, blend well, add in the soup gradually and stir until smooth.
2. Add the chopped spinach, simmer for a while and blend in the milk. Serve when it boils.
This soup is nutrient and rich in iron, especially good for us during the special days of the months!
