Fruit and Cream Rolls

2 bananas
2 tbsp double cream
12 sheets spring roll wrapping
and oil for frying
1. Place 2 slices of banana onto the bottom corner of the spring roll wrapping and put 1/2 tsp cream on the banana slices.
2. Fold and roll the wrapping. Spread the end with crean and seal the roll.
3. Deep fry the rolls until they become golden brown and crisp. Serve hot~!
You may use more cream as long as the rolls can wrap it.
