Review: A down-and-out beach bum is blackmailed by the Australian Navy to keep watch on Japanese activities in the South Pacific. With his boat marooned, Walter has no choice but to put up with the navy's rules -- including having his booze rationed. Into this little "paradise" arrives a gaggle of school girls abandoned by a transport ship. The girls, lead by the prim and proper Catherine, are in no way prepared to live in the wilderness. And before long Walter's idyllic drunken privacy has gone down the drain. This movie is just hilarious. I like to watch it when I REALLY need a laugh!!!

Review: A true tear-jerker!! Make sure you have plenty of tissues. PS and DM create pure magic in this movie. All I can say is "Ditto"!!

Review: You can just feel the romantic tension that transpires between Eliza Doolittle and 'enry 'iggins as this delightful musical unfolds. Memorable songs include Get me to the Church On Time and I could Have Danced All Night. And, in the end?? It's the beauty on the inside that wins over the outer appearances.

Review: This one will have you ROFLOL!! With, both, CG at the helm of a derelict submarine and TC wheeling and dealing to make the ship seaworthy, that is funny in itself. Add the rescue of "damsels in distress" and you have girdles used in the engine room to keep the engines running smoothly (get your mind out of the gutter - it is used on the machinery, not the guys in the engine room).
